U.S. and India consider joint patrols

NEW DELHI - The United States and India have held talks about conducting joint naval patrols that a U.S. defense official said could include the disputed South China Sea, a move that would likely anger Beijing, which claims most of the waterway.  Full Article

Turkey chastises U.S.

ISTANBUL - Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan upbraided the United States for its support of Syrian Kurdish rebels, saying Washington's inability to understand the group's true nature had turned the region into a "sea of blood."  Full Article
