Overwhelming approval likely for Russia bill

WASHINGTON - The House of Representatives is expected to vote overwhelmingly today for a bill that would slap new sanctions on Russia, Iran and North Korea, potentially complicating President Trump's hopes of pursuing improved relations with Moscow.
