PARIS - World leaders will launch an ambitious attempt to hold back the earth's rising temperatures, urging each other to steer the global economy away from dependence on fossil fuels.

Wall St. opens flat, set to end the month higher 9:55am EST

Wall Street opened little changed but looked set to end the month on a positive note as investors braced for a week of heavy economic data culminating in the November jobs report.

Shooter opposed abortion: Planned Parenthood
