U.S. Navy Yard in Washington locked down amid reported shooting 8:21am EDT

WASHINGTON - Police on Thursday responded to a report of a shooter at the U.S. Navy Yard in Washington, where a gunman killed 12 people in 2013, and the military installation was on lockdown with employees sheltering in place.

12 arrests in Tunisia hotel attack investigation
