Death toll rises in suicide attack at Ariana Grande concert in Britain

MANCHESTER, England - At least 22 people were killed and over 50 wounded in an explosion at the end of a concert by singer Ariana Grande in the English city of Manchester. British police say the attack was a suicide attack carried out by a single individual who died at the venue after detonating the device.
