TORONTO Oct 24 (Reuters) - Vector Capital Corp., the U.S. private equity firm that holds 72 percent of Canadian software maker Corel Corp. CRE.TO CREL.O has no intention of selling its stake at present valuations, its founder and managing partner said late on Tuesday.

"At current values of Corel, Vector is emphatically not a seller," Alex Slusky told Reuters in an interview. "Today, I certainly think the public market is not fully appreciating the Corel story."
