CHICAGO (Reuters) - Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc. (BUD.N) on Thursday declined comment on a Brazilian newspaper report that it was in merger talks with Belgium-based brewer InBev

INTB.BR.

"It is our policy to not confirm, deny or speculate on reports of potential investments, acquisitions, mergers, new business partnerships or other transactions," W. Randolph Baker, Anheuser-Busch chief financial officer, said in a statement.
