Stock index futures signal early rebound

PARIS - Stock index futures pointed to a higher open on Wall Street on Monday, with futures for the S&P 500 up 0.85 percent, Dow Jones futures up 0.49 percent and Nasdaq 100 futures up 0.79 percent at 0842 GMT.

Thomson-Reuters will continue to return capital: CFO

LONDON (Reuters) - Thomson TOC.TO will continue to return capital to shareholders following the purchase of Reuters RTR.L, Thomson Chief Financial Officer Bob Daleo said on Tuesday.

"We anticipate that we will continue to return significant levels of capital to shareholders," Daleo said during a presentation to investors. Daleo will be CFO of the combined Thomson-Reuters group.
