Convergys in 10-yr agreement with Johnson & Johnson

May 29 (Reuters) - Convergys Corp. (CVG.N) said it expects to generate revenue of about $1 billion over the term of a 10-year agreement it signed with a unit of Johnson & Johnson (JNJ.N) to provide human resources services.

The agreement with Johnson & Johnson Services Inc. is expected to have a significant impact on earnings and revenue beginning early 2009, Convergys, which runs customer call centers and handles billing services for other companies, said in a statement.
