China foreign minister to visit North Korea in July

TOKYO (Reuters) - Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi will visit North Korea from July 2 to 4, Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang said in Beijing on Thursday.
Yang's trip will follow a surprise visit by U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill, who went to Pyongyang from Tokyo on Thursday.
