TiVo says CFO Sordello has announced resignation

NEW YORK (Reuters) - TiVo Inc., a developer of television recording technology, said on Thursday Chief Financial Officer Steve Sordell has announced his resignation.

Sordello will become the chief financial officer at a venture-funded company headquartered in Silicon Valley and will assist in the transition at TiVo. The company is starting a search for a new chief financial officer, TiVo said in a statement.
