MADRID, July 11 (Reuters) - Spanish construction group San Jose, which is merging with real estate group Parquesol PSL.MC, has bought 75 percent of Dominican builder Deconalva as part of a plan to diversify, it said on Wednesday.

San Jose did not say how much it paid for the stake in Deconalva, which made more than $50 million in sales last year.

"With this acquisition, the group continues its international expansion policy and starts a new strategic diversification process in Central America and the Caribbean," the group said in a statement.
