LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Tony Sirico, who played Paulie Walnuts on "The Sopranos," and Morgan Fairchild have been tapped to star in the independent film "Sno Cone Stand Inc."

The project, from newcomer writer-director-producer Travis Knapp, is a Texas-based comedy about three stockbroker trainees who hate their jobs and self-absorbed boss, Mr. Bob (Sirico), and try to get rich quick by launching a snow cone business.

Fairchild will play Mr. Bob's sales manager.

Knapp is financing the $3 million movie, which he'll film in Austin.

Sirico's screen credits include small roles in a number of Woody Allen films, among them "Bullets Over Broadway" and "Mighty Aphrodite," as well as Martin Scorsese's " Goodfellas."

Fairchild, whose credits include "Dallas," "Flamingo Road" and "Falcon Crest," recently starred on MyNetworkTV's drama series "Fashion House."
