NanoDynamics postpones IPO of 6.6 mln shares

Aug 8 (Reuters) - NanoDynamics Inc. said it postponed its previously announced initial public offering of 6.6 million shares due to current market conditions.

The company, which makes water filters, fuel cells and other technology for the energy and environmental markets, had set its IPO at an estimated price of $12 to $14 per share. (Reporting by Savitha Kalyanaraman in Bangalore)
