Tensar Corp. files with US SEC to go public
WASHINGTON |
WASHINGTON Aug 28 (Reuters) - Tensar Corp. filed with regulators on Tuesday to raise up to $201 million in an initial public offering of its common stock.
The company, a provider of products, technologies and application expertise for infrastructure industries, said in a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch & Co. are the lead underwriters for the IPO.
Tensar said it plans to list its stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "TXC". (Reporting by Karey Wutkowski)
