BANGKOK (Reuters) - Forty-two people survived a plane crash on the Thai resort island of Phuket on Sunday, government officials said.

Following is a list of survivors by nationality being treated at 3 hospitals on the island, hospital officials said.

2 Israelis

2 Swedes

1 Dutch
