Procter & Gamble: Meredian announces acquisition of PHA Technology from Procter & Gamble
Co announces the acquisition of an extensive intellectual property portfolio from The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) relating to Polyhydroxyalkanoate technology. Procter & Gamble developed the technology through more than a decade of research, resulting in a highly functional and cost effective material, which will now be produced commercially by Meredian.
