ZURICH Oct 16 (Reuters) - Swiss drugmaker Roche Holding AG (ROG.VX) is raising its guidance for Tamiflu sales to governments in 2007 to 1.6 billion Swiss francs ($1.36 billion), from a previous 1.4 billion francs, its drugs unit head told CNBC.

William Burns, CEO of Roche's pharmaceuticals business, also said analyst forecasts of 10 billion francs in peak annual sales for cancer drug Avastin were "perfectly reasonable."
