France's Publicis buys Indian PR firm

PARIS Oct 31 (Reuters) - Publicis (PUBP.PA), the world's fourth-largest advertising group, said on Wednesday it would buy Indian public relations consultancy Hammer & Partners for an undisclosed amount.

Hammer & Partners, which employs some 350 people in 42 cities across India, will be aligned with Publicis' Manning Selvage & Lee PR firm and be renamed Hammer MS&L.
