Keys caps banner week by topping Hot 100
NEW YORK (Billboard) - The same week she debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with the album "As I Am," Alicia Keys assumed control of the Billboard Hot 100 with "No One," which inched up from No. 2.
The track sold 210,000 downloads, an 88 percent increase from the previous week.
On the Hot 100, "No One" traded places with Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss" featuring T-Pain, which had been No. 1 for three weeks. Timbaland's "Apologize" featuring OneRepublic held at No. 3, while newcomer Flo Rida's "Low" featuring T-Pain continued to climb from No. 6 to No. 4, a week after rocketing from No. 64.
Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly" remained No. 5, Soulja Boy's "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" was down from fourth spot to No. 6, and Kanye West's "Good Life" featuring T-Pain stayed at No. 7. Fergie's "Clumsy" jumped from No. 12 to No. 8, making her the first female artist since Paul Abdul in 1989 and 1990 to take five songs from a debut album into the top 10.
Baby Bash's "Cyclone" featuring T-Pain was down one rung to No. 9, and West's "Stronger" rounded out the top 10, sliding from No. 9 to the tenth position.
The Hot 100's top debut was Celine Dion's "Taking Chances" at No. 54. It's her first appearance on the singles chart since 2003's "I Drove All Night" and nine years to the week since her last No. 1, "I'm Your Angel" with R. Kelly, hit the top.
