United Online says unit to withdraw IPO
Dec 12 (Reuters) - United Online Inc (UNTD.O) said its unit Classmates Media Corp plans to withdraw its initial public offering as previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
United Online expects to record transaction-related costs of about $4.5 million to $5.5 million during the fourth quarter related to the withdrawal of the offering, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Neetha Mahadevan in Bangalore; Editing by Jarshad Kakkrakandy)
