Serbia says EU's Kosovo mission "unacceptable"

BELGRADE Dec 14 (Reuters) - Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica on Friday denounced a European Union decision to send a mission to its breakaway Kosovo province, saying it would create "a puppet state" on Serbian soil.

He also rejected an EU offer of a fast-track route for Serbia joining the bloc, saying it was "an insult".
