NetSuite raises IPO price range to $19-$22/shr

NEW YORK Dec 19 (Reuters) - NetSuite Inc, a software maker majority owned by Oracle Corp (ORCL.O) chief executive Larry Ellison, on Wednesday raised the estimated price range for its initial public offering to $19 to $22 a share.

NetSuite is selling 6.2 million shares, which have been approved to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "N.", the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

NetSuite on Tuesday raised the estimated price to $16 to $19 a share from an earlier range of $13 to $16. (Reporting by Chris Reiter; Editing by Derek Caney)
