Before the Bell-National City shares fall on dividend cut

NEW YORK Jan 2 (Reuters) - Shares of National City NCC.N fell 2.8 percent before the opening bell on Wednesday, after it said it reduced its quarterly dividend by 49 percent. For story, see [ID:nWNAS5454]
