Commonwealth Bank prices A$1.4 bln bonds-investor

 SYDNEY, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Commonwealth Bank of Australia
(CBA.AX) launched and priced A$1.4 billion ($1.3 billion) of
three-year senior notes, a fund manager said on Tuesday.
 According to the fund manager, deal details are as follows:
