                   Westside Acquisitions Plc ("the Company")

                               Holding in Company

The Company was informed on Monday 14 January 2008 that WJ Weston, through
Gailfield Limited, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company on Friday 11
January 2008 and a further 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company on Monday 14
January 2008. WJ Weston is now interested in 15,800,000 ordinary shares in the
Company which represents approximately 14.20% of the entire issued ordinary
share capital of the Company. Mr Weston holds 14,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company in his personal capacity and 1,800,000 ordinary shares in the Company
through Gailfield Limited, a company wholly-owned by WJ Weston.
