Partners Group Global Opportunities invests in Alma Consulting Group

Partners Group Global Opportunities recently completed a direct mezzanine
investment in Alma Consulting Group alongside lead investor Candover. Alma is
the leading provider of tax recovery and cost-reduction services in France. Alma
Consulting Group provides its services on a success fee basis to over 10'000
companies. Headquartered in Paris, the company currently employs over 1'000
people in Europe. A core part of Alma's growth strategy is the increasing
international expansion of the business, both via selective office openings and
complementary bolt-on acquisitions.

Rene Biner, head of private debt investment management at Partners Group,
