of AlarmPoint Express(TM). AlarmPoint Express offers small IT organizations a
quick, easy and affordable way to implement advanced event notification and
resolution. AlarmPoint Express is a flexible and interactive notification

events to the appropriate staff for efficient resolution. This new product
contains many of the same sophisticated features of AlarmPoint's market-
leading IT event notification and resolution software for enterprises, but is
designed for up to 10 users, and integrates with one incident-management
