Following the appointment of Fru Hazlitt as Chief Executive of GCap Media, she
will be presenting her plans for the company on Monday 11th February 2008.

There will be a stock exchange announcement and a presentation to analysts and
shareholders at 9.30am at The City Presentation Centre, 4 Chiswell Street,
London EC1Y 4UP.

GCap Media will release its Interim Management Statement and latest RAJAR
audience data on 31st January 2008.
