RITCHEY PLC (THE "COMPANY")


CHANGE OF NAME


The Board announces that the change of the Company's name from Ritchey plc to
Animalcare Group plc (EPIC code: "ANCR") has now been processed at Companies
House. The name change will therefore be effective on AIM from 8am tomorrow
morning.
