Synergy Healthcare plc ("Synergy" or the "Company")


Director Shareholding


The Company was informed today that pursuant to the exercise of 4,062 share
options, with an exercise price of £2.32, under the Company's Save As You Earn
Scheme, Mr Ivan Jacques, Finance Director of Synergy, sold 4,062 ordinary shares
of 0.625p each today at £7.23 per share.


Mr Jacques remains interested in 17,500 ordinary shares which represents 0.03
per cent. of the existing issued ordinary share capital.
