Directorate Changes

Domino Printing Sciences plc ('Domino') announces the following board changes:

Mr W. H. Everitt and Mr P. S. Jensen, both of whom have served on the board for
ten years, have indicated their intention to retire as non-executive directors
of Domino at the end of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 19
March 2008.

Mr J. L. Smith has announced his intention to step down from the role of senior
independent director and as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 19
March 2008. He intends to remain as a non-executive director and member of the
Remuneration and Nomination Committees and will stand for re-election at the
Annual General Meeting.

Mr P. Ruffles will take over from Mr Smith as senior independent director and
from Mr Jensen as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 19
March 2008.

The Board would like to extend its thanks to Bill Everitt and Peter Jensen for
their very significant contributions to Domino during their long service as
non-executive directors and also to Jerry Smith for his work as a senior
independent director and member of the Audit Committee.
