MIAMI, FL, Jan 15 (MARKET WIRE) --
TelePlus World, Corp. (OTCBB: TLPE) (FRANKFURT: YT3)
(www.teleplusworld.com) a wireless and telecom reseller offering specialized
communications products and services in the U.S. and Canada, announced that its
subsidiary Telizon, part of the Company's telecom division, has surpassed its
single year growth record in 2007 as measured by new Centrex Serving Area
openings
in Central and Northern Ontario.

In all, 9 new Centrex Serving Areas were launched in 2007, one more than the
previous record of 8 opened in 2006. Telizon now provides a value added bundle
of commercial telecommunications packages including local lines, long distance,
toll free and high speed internet services to customers in 53 distinct
Centrex Serving Areas in Ontario. The value added component, in addition to
significant cost savings, results from Telizon acting as a virtual
telecommunications department for its clients, interfacing on their behalf with
the underlying wholesale carrier providers for all items pertaining to their
existing services and future needs.

In addition to also providing stand-alone long distance services to the
commercial market, Telizon provides long distance and internet services to
targeted residential markets.

"We are very pleased with the performance of our telecom division in 2007,"
commented Marius Silvasan, Company CEO and Chairman. "These 9 new serving
areas provide an additional market potential of approximately 10,000 new
commercial
lines going forward. In 2007, Telizon's billed lines grew by 8.5% and
commercial customers count by 12%," added Silvasan.
