                            Re:  Issue of new series



The Directors of ARN Asian Enterprise Fund Limited (the "Fund") wish to announce
the issue of a new series of shares.



Security Class O-07 was issued on 31 December 2007 at an initial offer price of
US$1,000.00.



The new series of shares will be admitted to the Official List of the Irish
Stock Exchange and trading on the Main Market of the Exchange with effect from
16th January 2008.
