AuthenTec to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2007 Financial Results

MELBOURNE, Fla.--(Business Wire)--AuthenTec (NASDAQ: AUTH), the world's leading provider of
fingerprint sensors and solutions, today announced that it will report
fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 28, 2007 financial
results on Monday, February 4, 2008 after the market closes.

   The Company will host a conference call for analysts and investors
