Lamina Hires Charles Stover as Director of Sales

WESTAMPTON, N.J.--(Business Wire)--Lamina Lighting Incorporated (Lamina), an innovator of LED
lighting systems and technologies, today announced it has hired
Charles Stover to serve as the company's Director of Sales, effective
immediately.

Stover has eighteen years experience in the commercial and
industrial lighting industry with a background in sales, marketing,
services, planning and product management. Prior to joining Lamina, he
served as Vice President, Commercial Specification Sales for Juno
Lighting Group of Des Plaines, Illinois. While at Juno, Stover's
primary responsibilities included overseeing, managing, guiding and
directing all commercial specification sales of sales managers and
independent agents, amounting to roughly $25 million.

Stover also served with Indy Lighting, Inc. of Fishers, Indiana,
as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, with primary
responsibilities of managing, guiding and directing all sales activity
of sales managers and independent agents. He is Lighting Certified
with NCQLP and is a member of the Illumination Engineering Society of
North America (IESNA). Stover also recently served as co-chairman of
the Lighting Industry Resource Council (LIRC).
