Top-Ranked Sun Country Airlines Announces the Twin Cities' Only Non-Stop Service to West Palm Beach/South Florida ST. PAUL, Minn.--(Business Wire)--Sun Country Airlines is making it easy to leave the cold for the sand and sun of West Palm Beach and South Florida this winter with the launch of the only non-stop service from Minneapolis/St. Paul to West Palm Beach, FL. The service to South Florida increases from twice weekly to daily flights Monday through Friday on January 14th. Sun Country will also launch twice daily service (M-F) from New York's JFK International Airport to West Palm Beach, FL, on January 14, 2008. "In an effort to provide Twin Cities travelers with the most convenient service possible, we are now providing the only non-stop service from the Mpls/St. Paul market to West Palm Beach," said Tom Petters, Owner and Chairman of the Board of Sun Country Airlines. "This service offers passengers flying to West Palm Beach and the South Florida area a way to get there without having to go through the hassle of layovers and changing planes." To celebrate the new service, Petters will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, January 18th at 2:30pm at the West Palm Beach International Airport.
