OZ Holdings Signs Long-Term Management Agreement With Six Senses for China's
First Ultra-Luxury Resort in the Ancient Water Town of Nanxun
The Six Senses Development in Nanxun Will be Positioned as China's Premier
Resort Spa Destination With a Strong Natural Medical and Lifestyle Approach.

NEW YORK, January 15 /PRNewswire/ -- OZ Holdings, LLC, a New York
City-based real estate investment company, announced today that it has signed
a long-term agreement with Six Senses Resorts & Spas for China's first
ultra-luxury Five-Star wellness resort in the ancient water town of Nanxun.
Nanxun is approximately a one-hour drive from central Shanghai and is a
proposed UNESCO world heritage site.
OZ China Property Holdings, Inc., an OZ Holdings subsidiary
investment/development company, is developing the exclusive resort in
partnership with Clubtel Corporation (Hong Kong) and Shanghai Profound
Investment & Development Company (China).
Under the terms of the agreement, Six Senses will manage, operate, brand
and promote the development, which comprises a Six Senses Latitude and a Six
Senses Spa. The Selection of Six Senses was due to their reputation as having
reinvented the image of the luxury five-star resort by being mindful of, and
blending with, the natural environment. Six Senses operates award-winning
Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili resorts in the Maldives, Six Senses Hideaway and
Latitude resorts stretching from Fiji to Spain plus a portfolio of spas under
the Six Senses Spas brand.
Internationally acclaimed Graft Architects has been retained for project
design and planning as well as over-all area master planning.
"We are pleased to join forces with Six Senses in this unique development
in Nanxun, the first of its kind in China," said Ophir Sternberg, Managing
Partner of OZ Holdings, LLC. "Six Senses' spirited architecture and interiors
as well as their emphasis on creating memorable experiences for couples and
families, makes them the ideal partner to position the resort as China's
premier spa destination."
The Six Senses site is on an ideal location in the ancient town of
Nanxun, known as the "Oriental Venice", in the center of the Yangtze Delta
area, only a one-hour drive from Shanghai on a new four-lane roadway.
The 20-acre parcel will include 142 guest accommodations (100 studio
rooms, 40 pool villas and 2 private retreats), 20 residential villas and spa
facilities with strong modern and traditional Chinese medical and therapy
components. The resort will include 12 spa treatment rooms, 4 food and
beverage outlets, conferencing facilities and other services. Amenities are
to include private plunge pools, library and watercraft for canal
transportation within the complex.
