                             Director Shareholding                             

On 14th January 2008 we were notified by John Robertson, a non-executive
director of the Company, that on the same day he had sold his entire beneficial
holding of 692,738 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company at a price of £
1.40 per share.

As a consequence Mr Robertson no longer has any interest in the shares of the
Company.
