SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TechTeam Global,
Inc., (Nasdaq: TEAM), a worldwide provider of information technology (IT),
enterprise support and business process outsourcing services, today announced
a 4-year contract renewal with Belgacom Mobile, better known under the branded
name Proximus, to deliver multilingual customer services to its "Pay & Go"
customers.
Belgacom Mobile is the largest mobile telecommunications operator in
Belgium, serving about 2.3 million Pay & Go customers (customers with a

served Pay & Go customers in Dutch, French and English via phone and internet.
In addition to multilingual customer service, Proximus and TechTeam Global

evaluate whether a caller is eligible for other Proximus services and if so,
he or she will propose these other services to the customer.

in strengthening their customer relationships by enhancing each customer's
lifetime value," says Matina Fuentes, Customer Service Manager at TechTeam.

2004, we also intend to provide up-to-date customer satisfaction surveys via
interactive voice response."
Dani Van Himbeeck, Director Mass Market Operations for Proximus, stated,
"We succeeded in building a strong partnership with TechTeam since 2004, and
through weekly contacts, our two companies focused on the essential - customer
satisfaction. TechTeam is a partner that is flexible enough to join us in our
journey to improve our relationship with our customers on a daily basis,
facing regular changes and very ambitious targets. I am fully confident we
will succeed in strengthening our results even more over the next four years."
"We are delighted to continue providing multilingual CRM services for
Proximus," said Christoph Neut, TechTeam's Senior Vice President of EMEA. "The
