CONSHOHOCKEN, PA, Jan 15 (MARKET WIRE) --
Consumer-generated content (CGC) company XLNTads has launched its online
advertising platform and today announced its first brand-sponsored assignments
on
XLNTads.com. The company recruits talented ad creators to participate in CGA
campaigns sponsored by top brands. Nestle USA and Vertical Branding are just
some of the brands that are leveraging XLNTads to tap into the voice of the
consumer.
XLNTads connects brands with consumers who are passionate about and
experienced with CGA while helping to boost the careers of budding amateur and
semi-professional videographers and ad creators. "We see CGA as a
powerful and rapidly expanding channel," said Tricia Bowles, Nestle Confections
& Snacks. "The XLNTads environment provides us with an opportunity to
interact with a community of talented people directly. We are looking
forward to seeing a wide range of creative work."
XLNTads hosts and manages CGA campaigns in a safe and protected environment.
Once
the creative assignment is live on the site, brands kick back and watch
qualified entries flood in. They also benefit from site traffic generated by
up to 15 other brand-sponsored campaigns running simultaneously on the site.
XLNTads offers easy access to all the materials creators need to develop ads.
Creators log into their personalized account to learn about new assignments,
monitor their submissions and collaborate with other creators to share best
practices. A hub of innovative energy, the site has already attracted and
signed
up over 1,500 creators anxious to take advantage of the campaigns posed by
leading brands. If a videographer or content creator's ad is selected by the
brands for national television airing, he or she can earn up to $20,000.
"XLNTads takes a unique approach to CGA by recognizing that success lies
within the talent of the creators -- not solely in the budget of the
marketers," said Kevin Nalty, XLNTads advisor and widely recognized
videographer.
"The keys to success in a consumer-generated world are great ideas from
creative people, and XLNTads' approach ensures the best in the business are
attracted and compensated for their efforts -- creating a win-win situation
for the brand and the creator."
Nestle USA has created its CGA assignment to promote its 100 Grand candy
bar.
Ad Creators can earn $5,000 if their ad is selected to run on the Internet
and $20,000 if their ad makes it to national television. Vertical Branding has
also signed on for its popular ZorbEEZ Towel, as seen on television.
Vertical Branding hopes that XLNTads creators can bring fresh ad ideas to their
advertising mix that will appeal to newer audiences. Ad Creators can earn
up to $20,000 from this engagement as well.
