Appointment of Danny Shader Reflects Commitment to Helping Global
Mobile Operators and Customers Capitalize on the Rapidly Expanding M2M
                                Market
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(Business Wire)--Jasper Wireless, a licensed global machine-to-machine (M2M) mobile
operator, today announced that Danny Shader has been named the
company's new chief executive officer. Jahangir Mohammed, Jasper
Wireless's founder, will continue to serve as chairman of the board
and remain deeply involved in both strategic and day-to-day
operations.

Shader joins Jasper Wireless from Motorola, where he served as a
corporate vice president following Motorola's acquisition of Good
Technology, which he led as CEO. Good Technology created the
standards-based corporate wireless messaging market. Prior to leading
Good Technology, Danny co-founded and served as CEO of Accept.com, the
first consumer-to-consumer, Internet-based, payment services provider.
After Amazon.com acquired the company he continued to serve as a vice
president. Shader has also held executive positions at Netscape
Communications and Collabra Software, and began his technology career
at Go Corporation, a pioneer in mobile computing.

"Danny shares our belief that Jasper Wireless is uniquely capable
of helping global customers and mobile operators build new, profitable
businesses in the large and expanding M2M market," said Mohammed. "I
am excited to work side-by-side with him as we enable our growing
roster of customers and operator partners."

Shader joins Jasper Wireless's talented team of executives who
have extensive experience working at leading wireless and software
companies such as Alcatel, AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless, eBay,
Ericsson, Motorola, Nortel, Philips, SBC, Siebel Systems, Sun
Microsystems and Verizon Wireless.

"Just as stand-alone PDAs morphed into wireless messaging devices
and transformed the mobile device industry, today it appears
inevitable that millions of other stand-alone machines and devices
will soon be connected to wireless networks," noted Shader. "I am
excited to help our operator partners and customers around the world
capitalize on Jasper Wireless's global M2M solution. Our unique
combination of innovative technology, established mobile
infrastructure and vertical industry expertise will enable us to
deliver the full value of wireless M2M communications to them."
