Terocelo to File Notification of Late Filing On SEC Form 12b-25

VAN NUYS, Calif., Jan. 15, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- TechnoConcepts, Inc., doing
business as Terocelo Inc. (OTCBB:TCPS), announced that it will be filing today a
Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange
Commission relating to its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year
ended September 30, 2007. Terocelo states in the report that its field audit
work has been delayed due to realignment of its finances. The Company's Annual
Report on Form 10-KSB was due to be filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission on January 14, 2008.

Terocelo expects that the auditor will complete the audit in a timely fashion
and Terocelo will file its Annual Report with the SEC by February 18, 2008.
Instead of accessing Terocelo stock using the company's TCPS.OB trading symbol,
investors will need to specify TCPSE.OB. When Terocelo files its Annual Report,
the NASD will remove the "e" from Terocelo's symbol. The presence of an "e" does
not constitute a trading halt or delisting of the company's stock.
