Aspen Global Corp. Services Announce Negotiations for First Acquisition

ATLANTA--(Business Wire)--Aspen Global Corp. (PINK SHEETS: AGLB), formerly Oxford
Educational Services (Pink Sheets: OXED), announced today it is in
negotiations to acquire a large security firm in Georgia.

   Aspen Global Corp. has completed negotiations for the acquisition
of one of the largest security firms in Georgia. The proposed
acquisition would add $1 million USD to Aspen Global's gross revenues
in 2008. The acquisition would give Aspen Global a presence in the
firearm sales, personal security services, video surveillance, loss
prevention, background checks, and laminate security products.
