                       Global Property Fund (the "Trust")





Re: Change of Structure and name





The Directors of the Manager of the Trust (the "Directors") wish to announce a
change in name of the Trust due to the Trust being amended to an umbrella
structure.  These changes will be effective from 15 January 2008.



The name of the Trust has changed to "EII Property Funds" and the existing
portfolio of assets, which will be a sub-fund of the Trust, will be known as "
EII Property World Invest (ex U.S.) Fund".
