Ubidyne Announces a Joint Development Agreement with Andrew Wireless Solutions to Develop the Next Generation of Antennas with Integrated Radio Technology

ULM, Germany--(Business Wire)--Ubidyne, the leader in digital radio technology for the wireless
industry, announced today a Joint Development Agreement with Andrew
Wireless Solutions to design the next generation of base station
antennas with embedded micro-radio technology.

Ubidyne's patent pending technology is the first of its kind in
the wireless industry enabling a digital distributed architecture
comprised of unique algorithms and proprietary ASICs. This technology
allows for efficient, standards agnostic wideband transmission and
