of the Exclusive Distribution Agreement with M2, a rapidly growing,
Singapore-based
voice communications company. Under terms of the final agreement, GoIP will be
licensed
exclusively to market a wide range of patented voice communications
technologies,
applications and proprietary cell phones throughout USA, Central and South
America. M2 will earn 2% of GoIP revenues.
