ITV plc Interim Dividend



Dividend Reinvestment Plan



Following payment of the ITV dividend on 7 January 2008, Capita Registrars
purchased 76 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Sir George Russell, a
participant in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 77.1p.



Sir George Russell's interest is now in 4,408 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares.
