Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. and Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. Schedule a Joint Conference Call for 2007 Fourth Quarter and Full-Year Results

RADNOR, Pa.--(Business Wire)--Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE:PVR) and Penn Virginia
GP Holdings, L.P. (NYSE:PVG) today announced that they will separately
release their 2007 fourth quarter and full-year results after the
market closes on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 and hold a joint
conference call / webcast on Thursday, February 14, 2008.
