For Immediate Release 15 January 2008

                                           Fugu Credit PLC

RE: Conversion & delisting of Class A Series 2 Notes

The Directors of Fugu Credit Plc (the "Issuer") wish to announce that with
effect from 17 January 2008, the Class A Series 2 Notes (the "A-2 Notes") of the
Issuer will be converted into the Class A Series 1 Notes (the "Conversion Series
"). The conversion is taking place as the A-2 Notes and the Conversion Series
hit a high watermark at the end of 31 December 2007. The total number of notes
of the Conversion Series in issue following this conversion will be 15,111,646.

The Directors of the Issuer also wish to announce that application has been made
for the A-2 Notes of the Issuer to be removed from the Official List and from
trading on the Main Market of the Exchange as the A-2 Notes have been fully
redeemed subsequent to the conversion to the Conversion Series. The Irish Stock
Exchange has agreed that the A-2 Notes will be delisted with effect from 17
January 2008.
