City National Bank Hires 22-Year Veteran of Financial Services Industry as
Branch Relationship Manager of Its Twain Branch in Southern Nevada
LAS VEGAS, Jan. 15, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- City National Bank today announced
that it has hired well-known southern Nevadan and highly qualified banking
veteran Gary Mamiya as vice president and branch relationship manager of its
Twain branch located at 6085 West Twain Avenue and the southeast corner of Jones
Boulevard in Las Vegas. Mamiya joins City National with nearly 22 years of

Prior to joining City National Bank, Mamiya worked for five years for Bank of
The West in Las Vegas as assistant vice president and business development
officer. He also worked for Colonial Bank in Las Vegas serving as personal
banker and assistant vice president responsible for daily branch operations as
well as cross-sell and business development opportunities. Mamiya also spent
some time with US Bank working as an investment advisor. He began his career in
the financial services industry in 1986 as a regional vice president with
Primerica Financial Services Group in California before moving to Las Vegas.

License. Mamiya has also completed a number of banking courses through the
American Institute of Banking (AIB), including Principles of Banking, Marketing,
Loan Underwriting, Bank Operations, and more.
Mamiya has been actively involved in various trade and community organizations
throughout his banking career. This involvement includes past and present member
of the Nevada Development Authority, Asian Chamber, Japanese America Society of
Nevada (JASN), Las Vegas Chamber, United Way of Southern Nevada, Juvenile
Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), and Opportunity Village Magical Forest.
