mini with RAID 0.
Complete with the award winning features of its full-sized G-RAID solution

PC workstations and laptops. The G-RAID mini drives appears to any Mac or PC
computer as a single, big and fast disk drive and is ready right out of the
box for use with Mac OS X systems.
Real world performance matters most when you are on the road, as well as
in the office. With the striping speed of RAID 0 combined with the fastest
FireWire interface on the market, FireWire 800, the G-RAID mini easily
supports simultaneous playback of multiple layers of video in Apple Final Cut
Pro(R), Adobe Premiere(R) and Avid Xpress Pro(R). Marry this with the latest
disk storage technology, the new Oxford 924 bridge chipset, and a quiet fan
and heat sink, and users are guaranteed reliable operation and long life.
Easily transportable and encased in an all-aluminum enclosure, it's perfect
for video editing on the go.
"G-Technology continues to offer the most powerful external storage
solutions available," said Roger Mabon, vice president of sales and marketing
for Fabrik's G-Technology product group. "The G-RAID mini is a perfect
addition to our family, as it supports our strong following of creative
professionals who need reliable, high capacity, high-performance storage."
Available in March 2008, each G-Tech G-RAID mini comes formatted HFS+ and
is Time Machine(TM) ready. G-RAID mini is bus-powered when attached to a
FireWire (6 or 9-pin) port, eliminating the need to carry an external AC power
supply. Suggested retail pricing has not been set. All drives come with a
