LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)--Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF), a global nutrition and direct selling
company, was named one of the 15 fittest companies in America by Men's
Fitness magazine. Men's Fitness selected these companies based on
access to state-of-the-art gym and fitness facilities, cafeterias with
health- and nutrition-minded menus, preventative medical care, and
programs for losing weight and quitting smoking, and rewards for
staying in shape.

"We are a company that 'walks the talk,' said Michael O. Johnson,
Herbalife's chairman and CEO. "We're extremely proud of our employees'
efforts in changing their lives and we will continue to do our best to
support healthy, active lifestyles."

Among the many components of the company's Wellness for Life
program are two weight loss challenges held every year - "Maintain,
Don't Gain" during the holiday season and "Summer Shape-Up." The
challenges include weigh-ins, weekly tips and handouts, and support
sessions.

Herbalife also sponsors monthly educational seminars with
nutrition and fitness experts on topics such as healthy snacking, and
encourages employees to participate in the company's basketball and
tennis leagues. Similarly, Herbalife sponsors around eight triathlons
nationwide (among 120 other sports and fitness-related events), and
provides professional trainers, team clothing and peer support for
employees who participate.

"The old me felt run-down, stressed out and tired," says Paul
Funk, a senior systems business analyst. "The new me joined the
'Maintain, Don't Gain' challenge and lost 5.5 pounds. I now ride my
bike to work three days a week - six miles each way - and every week
feel stronger and more energetic. The Wellness Challenge changed my
life for the better."

Employees based in Herbalife's Torrance, Calif. facility have
access to the Team Herbalife Fitness Center, a state-of-the-art gym
facility where employees can participate in lunchtime power walks, abs
classes, or general workouts with trainers. The facilities also
include a cafe with a healthy menu and subsidized prices.

Finally, Herbalife gives its employees complimentary access to its
array of protein shakes, energy drinks, and nutritional supplements.

Employee achievements and success stories are regularly shared at
company meetings as well as in Herbalife's quarterly employee
magazine, fostering an environment of support and motivation.
